Online training provides an excellent opportunity to further your skills and understanding. The core principles of Systema can be worked on extensively online through guided solo training (or training with a partner), with targeted feedback and guidance from an experienced instructor.
The online classes are great, and delivered in a way that’s easy to follow. There’s a greater focus on self, and you learn many exercises which you can do at home. I’ve also found these classes great for eliminating stress.
